Spring is in the Air…

It sounds so lovely, and it is , the Red Buds blooming, my favorite  color, and the Blue bonnets are peeking along the hillsides beside the roads…. the birds chirping.. like a picture postcard…. well visualize this, if you will… this is our postcard… A big and I mean big, Texas BIG, heap of dirt , oh I mean wonderful garden soil, dumped out near our potting shed ,that we are both frantically working on… you would think there was a fire or something…. we have till March 21st. for our little potting shed debut!!!! but we being who we are think we are in some sort of race to get it all just right…. Ludmil has amazed all the neighbors  by having that big ‘ole heap GONE, yes gone in two days… the beds are filled and the pots are ready to be planted with fresh soil, the potting shed has been painted, cleaned and merchandised, the fence has been built, the plants go into the ground this week and we still have plans for more surprises….. I love to be in the garden and Ludmil has an absolute passion for it…

Please mark your calender for MARCH 21, at 10:00 a.m.  we will attempt to inspire you and delight you with our “SPRING offering”  this is such a lovely time here in Texas,  a time of renewal.. something the whole world could use a good dose of at the moment… so treat your self and a friend or TWO  to a day in the country, admiring the wildflowers, and Ludmil’s handiwork….. he is so gifted… I am so blessed to share this life with him….we remain true to our self’s  and our work… and that is our reward, life does not get much better than that.

(p.s. I get a camera this week, now all that is left to do is master taking pic’s and placing them on the blog… wish me success at both, I am a little challenged in this dept.)

Debi Bock - Hi Linda and Ludmil!

I first met you way back when at the “Country by Design” show at the Tacoma Dome…the one with the then “little” Romanian daughter, who is graduating this year! Bittersweet to say the least. I have added you to my brand new blog, I am so new to all of this! Rather be in the garden too, but I’m trying my best. I hope to venture down to see you soon. I still have my “upside-down pink bucket Birdhouse” which I’ll always treasure. The birds sre nesting in there now, my hope that spring is surely here. Blessings to you.

Debbie York - L & L, you know I would be there if I could. But I’ll be there in spirit cheering y’all on. I know it will be just beautiful…how could the two of you produce anything less? You will be in love with your new little camera, I know I was. Prior to having one of these, no one would let me near the camera, what does that tell you. Have fun and posts lots of photos. I’ll be waiting. Blessings, Debbie
