As I was selling in Warrenton and left before Marburger opened, I didn’t get to see your space, but you are on my absolute, must-see list for the Fall.

I keep hearing so many wonderful things about you, and what you’ve posted here just affirms all the good I’ve heard.

I too love those things which purists might turn their noses up at…the tattered, the worn, the lived-in…but I see that you recognize the true value and beauty in these timeless objects.

I love reading your blog and hearing your heartfelt comments. I think of you often and how much fun and wisdom you shared with Stephen and I when we were visiting you in Washington. Dear Linda and Ludmill, I wish I have been able to stop and see you. We went twice this year, before the opening of the Marburger show. I will try to come to the Hico show. I am so happy about the fact that you have a great show. No surprise there, I think your little creations speak to the soul of people. Then let us not forget about your partner in dreaming and creating. I was not able to part with one single item I purchased from you at the last show in Driftwood. I think that when you put your heart in what you do people will embrace it, it is no longer just a…it becomes that cherished item to somebody. It is also your sweet spirit that makes people gravitate around you. I wish you both great time with the grandkids, rest, regroup until the next one. Blessings, Marta.
