People are attracted to the work because you have bestowed a piece of yourself within it. If you change, if you compromise your art, not only will it then become WORK, but then what is the magic that will draw someone in? There is nothing wrong with being stylized. People will either totally get you , or not get you, and that's OK because there are plenty of "get you's" to go around! If you are in a rut, it is the most beautiful rut I have ever seen. Your booth was amazing and an inspiration to me as a first time dealer at a show. I tend to be all over the board with colors and display...I so enjoyed seeing your wonderful style. I will hopefully see you guys at the Fall Show.
